Returns & Refunds
We take pride in the high quality of our products and processes. All orders are thoroughly inspected for flaws or defects before they are shipped. If, for some reason, your products are not in perfect condition when they arrive, please contact us via email within 5 business days of receipt, providing details of the damage and corresponding photographs. We will assess your item and determine whether a refund or replacement if appropriate in the circumstances. This determination is at our sole discretion.
Products should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit and please be aware that the packaging of our products is considered to be part of the product. Therefore, your return may not be accepted if the packaging is damaged. Furthermore, products should be returned UNUSED and with all eco crayons tags and labels attached.
In the event that orders need to be returned to us, we will arrange appropriate collection and your new item will be shipped to you free of charge.
The customer is responsible to cover the cost of return postage and re-postage if a return is not accepted due to product use or damage to original packaging. Returns or exchanges that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. Similarly, returns outside these timeframes may not be accepted and any decisions about whether to accept the product are at our sole and absolute discretion.
Where eco crayons accepts a product for refund, your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Processing can take up to ten working days and refunds can take up to ten working days to appear in your account.
We do not allow returns, refunds or exchanges simply for change of mind. Please ensure that your chosen item or items are right for you before confirming your order. We are always available to assist you in making your choice.
Please be aware for deliveries within Australia, your product will be considered to be delivered 7 business days after it has been dispatched, regardless of whether the product has been delivered or not. For deliveries outside of Australia, your product will be considered to be delivered 14 business days after it has been dispatched, regardless of whether the product has been delivered or not.
Before placing your order, please be aware that some designs may appear slightly differently in real life. Colours may vary slightly. This may be attributed to the difference in colour calibration of computer or device screens. Small differences in colour appearance will not be valid reason for returning your order.
