Our shipping rates are designed to be fair while supporting thoughtful, low-waste packaging and sustainable materials across every parcel we send.

All orders are thoughtfully packaged and shipped via Australia Post from our off-grid family studio in Northern NSW, Australia.

We take pride in crafting and packing your order with care, using sustainable materials wherever possible. Thank you for supporting a slow-made, nature-honouring business.

Processing & Dispatch Times

As a rural, off-grid studio, we prepare and dispatch orders with intention.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.
During busy periods or launches, there may be slight delays — we appreciate your patience.

Australia-Wide Standard Shipping

• Orders up to $64.95 — $11.95 shipping
• Orders from $65 to $148.99 — $14.95 shipping
• Orders over $149 — Free Shipping

We use planet-kind packaging wherever possible, including compostable mailers, biodegradable and recyclable materials, recycled boxes for wholesale orders and industrially compostable tape as part of our commitment to gentler shipping practices.

Shipping Times – International

• Standard International Shipping: 12–20 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs processing and delays with local postal services. Tracking is not always available for all countries.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order item is ready. Estimated dispatch times for pre-orders will be listed on the product page.
If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on volume and product availability.
Once your order is placed, we’ll be in touch to confirm your dispatch timeline and tracking details.

Gift Wrapping

We offer optional eco-friendly gift wrapping on select items. If available, you’ll be able to select this option at checkout or within the product page.

Tracking

All parcels are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to activate.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you receive from Eco Art and Craft. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to support you.

30-Day Return PolicyYou’re welcome to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return:
  Items must be unused and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

To start a return, contact us at hello@ecoartandcraft.com.If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions, including where to send your parcel. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. You’re always welcome to reach out with any questions about the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on:

• Opened or used art and craft materials
  
• Items that have been removed from their original packaging
  
• Digital downloads or eBooks
  
• Gift cards
  
• Sale items
  

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before requesting a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.If you'd like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
