Eco Slime + Paint Duo

Our shipping rates are designed to be fair while supporting thoughtful, low-waste packaging and sustainable materials across every parcel we send.

All orders are thoughtfully packaged and shipped via Australia Post from our off-grid family studio in Northern NSW, Australia.

We take pride in crafting and packing your order with care, using sustainable materials wherever possible. Thank you for supporting a slow-made, nature-honouring business.

Processing & Dispatch Times

As a rural, off-grid studio, we prepare and dispatch orders with intention.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.
During busy periods or launches, there may be slight delays — we appreciate your patience.

Australia-Wide Standard Shipping

• Orders under $99 — $12.95 flat-rate shipping
• Orders $99 and over — Free Shipping

We use planet-kind packaging wherever possible, including compostable mailers, biodegradable and recyclable materials, recycled boxes for wholesale orders, and industrially compostable tape as part of our commitment to gentler shipping practices.

Shipping Times – International

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery is 12–20 business days once dispatched.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs processing and delays with local postal services. Tracking is not always available for all countries.

International Duties, Taxes & VAT

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, VAT (Value Added Tax), GST, or other charges imposed by your local government or customs authority.

These charges are not included in the prices displayed on our website or in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

Eco Art & Craft is unable to predict or control these charges, as they vary between countries and are determined by local customs authorities.

If duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees are payable, they must be paid by the recipient before the parcel can be released. Any customs-related charges, delays, storage fees, or additional processing fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Should a parcel be refused, abandoned, returned to sender, or destroyed due to unpaid duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or failure to comply with local import requirements, Eco Art & Craft is unable to refund any shipping costs incurred.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and import regulations in your destination country.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order item is ready. Estimated dispatch times for pre-orders will be listed on the product page.

If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on volume and product availability.
